Important!

Heyo Guitarists!

Here are some dates and stuff that you guys will have to take note:

Firstly, everyone is to change their guitar strings by 27 April 2009, Monday.
Also, try to wear the club jackets in school to promote the club!

27th April 2009, Monday

1) Checking of tickets sold.
Please bring back the sold ticket receipts (the left tear-able side of the ticket) and money for accounting

2) There will be practice at 5.30pm for BOTH Beginners and Intermediates.

28th April 2009, Tuesday

The clubhouse will be reserved for a meeting at night.
Please make sure that no groups are to practice in the clubhouse on this day.

29th April 2009, Wednesday

There will be a rehearsal from 12pm to 6pm.
Everyone is to gather by 3.30pm.
It should end around 5.30++pm.
Those who are free before 3.30pm, please come and help out.

30th April 2009, Thursday

Quality check for Bands
12pm - 5.30pm
The setup will be from 12 to 2.30pm
Bands who are free, please come and help to setup
Quality check will start from 2.30pm to 5.30pm

1st May 2009, Friday

Intermediates practice at 9am in the clubhouse
(Nope, there is no mistake here. 9AM)

4th May 2009, Monday

Beginners and Intermediates Practice at 5.30pm
FINAL TICKET CHECK

6th May 2009, Wednesday

Last Practice for Beginners and Intermediates at 3.30 pm

7th May 2009, Thursday

Complete setup for concert
All bands must be there to help out.
12pm - 4pm

8th May 2009, Friday

FULL DRESS REHEARSAL
12pm - 9pm
EVERYONE must be there.

9th May 2009, Saturday

CONCERT DAY!
Everyone is to report to the Auditorium by 10am.

As you guys noticed most of the timings are in RED.
Please DON'T BE LATE.
Late comers for the rehearsals will be fined 2 DOLLARS per 5 MINS.
(Do the math, it's SO not worth it and SO EXPENSIVE.)

And those who NEED LOA for any of the days, PLEASE find me, SOCK YONG, before the actual dates so Ning Jie can hand the thing in on time.
Li Yi will be scolded if there is any late submissions.
(Come on man, spare a thought for li yi, he's like so damn stressed up already~)

There will be a COMPULSORY rehearsal at the auditorium this Friday at 3pm.
This rehearsal is VERY IMPORTANT as we don't have much time to plan for the stage.
No special attire is required
LOA will be provided

Heyo guitarists!

Please take note:

Practice Days for the New Semester

Every Monday, 5.30pm -BOTH Beginners and Intermediates
Every Friday, 5pm - ONLY Intermediates

On Monday, everyone is to go clubhouse and collect 10 tickets to sell.
The selling of tickets is COMPULSORY
Also, the club jackets are ready for collection on Monday.

Group Leaders are to arrange individual practice dates and inform Li Yi about the timings

Guitarists! It's just another 20 days to the concert. We hope that everyone will preserver till then, and show the audience how good SP Guitarist is! (:
