SP Guitarists Annual General Meeting 2010

Dear SPG people,

To mark the end of the period 2010/2011 SP Guitarists Management Committee, we will be having our Annual General Meeting with details as follow:

Date: Monday, 10 January 2011

Time: 6 pm

Venue: LT17A

Attire:

1. Committee Members - Black long sleeve shirt, black pants/skirt, black shoes

2. Subcommittees - Formal

3. Normal members - New club tee or (appropriate) semi-formal

In this AGM, we will officially announce the new SP Guitarists management committee members for period 2011/2012 and we will also present the secretary's, treasurer's and Student Instructor's annual report. Attendance is compulsory for current committee and subcommittee members. Refreshment and CCA point(s) will be provided. Please check the blog regularly for more updates regarding this event and leave your message on the tagboard should you have any queries.

There will be a SP Open House from 5 to 8 January 2011 and we are given a chance to participate in this event! If you are interested to perform for the Open House event, take a look at the available slots below:

Changes made to practice timings again

Hi,

Sorry for always changing the practice timings this holiday. Just in case, please check the blog frequently, especially the day before any practice. This time, there has been a change in timing for Thursday's, 23 Dec, practice. I've edited the previous post as well.

It will be:

10.30-12.30pm on 23 Dec, Thursday instead

This is due to many people who cant make it at night due to Christmas parties etc.

Practice: Take Note!

Hi,

Since the Friday this week and next week is the eve of Christmas and New Year respectively, we have decided to have practice on Thursday instead.

So here's the latest practice dates for this holiday:

*For Classical members only*

Tuesday, 7-9pm 21 & 28 Dec (as stated in earlier posts)

Thursday, ~~7-9pm~~ 10.30-12.30pm 23 & ~~30 Dec~~ (Take note)

For Acoustic members, practice is as per usual every Monday, 6pm.

Practice for the coming week

Hi there!

It's the day after our last day of camp. Have a good rest and I hope those of you who went for our bonding camp had a great time. =D

A quick update about our club tee first:

Our club tee has arrived! Those who have paid can collect it already.

Ok, so here's the practice updates for this week:

*For Classical members only*

There will be practice on Tuesday, 21 Dec, from 7pm - 9pm

On Friday, 24 Dec however, there will be NO practice since its the eve of Christmas.
