Payment of Club Tee

Hi members!

Our new club tee for semi-formal performances is ready to be printed. It will cost $12 per person (subsidized from actual price $15).
Please bring the $12 on Tuesday, 21 September and pass the money to our treasurers. Thank you and help me to inform your friends who seldom check this blog.

Food Heart Comm Service! Come come! CCA points awarded!

We are going to have the second FoodHeart Community Service Project! This project will be held after your examinations on the 20th of September! We will be helping the organisation in the packing of goods. The details are as follows:

Date: 20th September 2010
Time: 1030 - 1800
Place to report: SP Guitarist's Clubhouse

Note: We will be having lunch before heading towards FoodHeart's warehouse.

Those who are interested in helping out, please send an e-mail to chiewyeh92@hotmail.com titled "Volunteer for 2nd FoodHeart Community Service Project". Please indicate your name, class, admin number as well as your contact number in the e-mail. CCA points will be awarded for participation in this community service activity. Only about THREE (3) vacancies are available for now. So, what are you waiting for? =D

Guitar practices will resume on 20th September!

The details are as follow:

School of Acoustic:

Every Monday (6pm to 8pm)

School of Classical:

Beginner: Every Tuesday (1pm to 3pm) and Friday (10am to 12noon)

Intermediate: Every Tuesday (10am to 12noon) and Friday (1pm to 3pm)

Please be punctual and remember to bring your scores and guitars! (:

Club Tee sizing samples

Hello!

We in the process of ordering our club tee. Please come down to the clubhouse tomorrow or on Tuesday to check your sizing for awhile. I'll be in the clubhouse from 12pm onwards till about 7pm+, so you can come anytime around that time. However, I won't be in school for that long on Tuesday. So if you want to check your sizing, do come down on Monday, tomorrow.

The samples will be available until THURSDAY, 16 September.

Anyway, I am here to inform you about the 2nd FoodHeart Community Service Project! This project will be held after your examinations on the 20th of September! We will be helping the organisation in the packing of goods. The details are as follows:

3) Transportation (about where to report, ways to contact the bus driver, knowing the right place to alight etc)
