Camp briefing



To all selected freshmen!

Please come for the camp briefing on 4th June at any time between 3.30pm to 6pm in the clubhouse.
Reminder for you guys: The camp will be a 2D1N camp from 14th June to 15th June.
See you on 4th June and please check the blog regularly for more updates.

There will be a meeting on Tuesday, 25th May. Things that will be discussed during the meeting:

1) Distribution of SPCO concert ticket
2) Updates from SPG FO camp '10 org. committee
3) Camp games discussion and suggestions
4) Post-concert outing
5) New members call up
6) New club tee design
7) Practices for RoboCup performance on mid-June
8) Clearing of the boxes in the clubhouse
9) Necessity for attendance for School of Ascoutic

The meeting will start at 5.30pm at our clubhouse. Please speak up during the meeting if you have other issues or if I miss out anything.

please inform me via sms if you haven't receive LOA for certain dates latest by Monday evening.
All other requests will be ignored if you fail to submit your names by Monday evening.

Practices for intermediates will officially start from 26th May 2010 onwards.
We need to prepare ourselves for the upcoming Robocup event (19th to 25th June)! For this event, we will be performing our concert pieces.

Please take note of the following practices dates:

18th June (Fri)

Please leave a message at the tagboard if you can't attend guitar practices on the above dates.
