FoodHeart Community Service Project TWO!

How's your exam preparations? Hope all is well (:
Anyway, I am here to inform you about the 2nd FoodHeart Community Service Project! This project will be held after your examinations on the 20th of September! We will be helping the organisation in the packing of goods. The details are as follows:
Date: 20th September 2010
Time: 1030 - 1800
Place to report: SP Guitarist's Clubhouse
Note: We will be having lunch before heading towards FoodHeart's warehouse.
Those who are interested in helping out, please send an e-mail to chiewyeh92@hotmail.com titled "Volunteer for 2nd FoodHeart Community Service Project". Please indicate your name, class, admin number as well as your contact number in the e-mail. DO NOT send smses to me. Incomplete e-mails and smses will be rejected. Please take note that it will be on a "first come, first serve" basis. CCA points will be awarded for participation in this community service activity. Only about 7-8 vacancies are available for now. So, what are you waiting for? =D
Below are the details of the organizing committee:
Chairperson: Chiew Yeh
Asst. Chair: Alif
Secretary: Eric
Logistics: Ching Keat, Cuiyun
Transport: Alvin
There will be a meeting for all the organizing committee members on 17th September 2010 at 12noon. Be punctual!
During the meeting, we will be discussing about the following issues:
1) Approval of the proposal
2) Gift for the warehouse staff
3) Transportation (about where to report, ways to contact the bus driver, knowing the right place to alight etc)
Please take the initiative to find out the details before the meeting, NOT after the meeting. Thanks much!
