SP Guitarists Annual General Meeting 2010

Dear SPG people,

To mark the end of the period 2010/2011 SP Guitarists Management Committee, we will be having our Annual General Meeting with details as follow:

Date: Monday, 10 January 2011

Time: 6 pm

Venue: LT17A

Attire:

1. Committee Members - Black long sleeve shirt, black pants/skirt, black shoes

2. Subcommittees - Formal

3. Normal members - New club tee or (appropriate) semi-formal

In this AGM, we will officially announce the new SP Guitarists management committee members for period 2011/2012 and we will also present the secretary's, treasurer's and Student Instructor's annual report. Attendance is compulsory for current committee and subcommittee members. Refreshment and CCA point(s) will be provided. Please check the blog regularly for more updates regarding this event and leave your message on the tagboard should you have any queries.
