Holiday Practices

Hi people!

There won't have any practices starting from 02/02/2011!
Practices will resume after examinations on 07/03/2011 (:

School of Classical:
Wednesday - 9am to 1pm (Sectionals)
Friday - 5.30pm to 7.30pm (Ensemble)
Saturday - 9am to 1pm (Group practice)
Attendance is compulsory for all three days.

School of Acoustic:
Monday - 6pm to 8pm

PLEASE bring your guitars and scores along!

Anyway, Happy Chinese New Year! Study smart for your examinations! (:

Concert Committee Meeting
For concert committee members, please be reminded that there is a meeting tomorrow at 6.30pm. Please be punctual.

Geylang East Home for Aged
The practices dates for the Geylang East Home for Aged are as follows:
21/1/2011, 26/1/2011, 28/1/2011, 31/1/2011, 01/2/2011, 07/2/2011
Practices will last from 3pm to 6pm. It is important for all performers to be present during every practice.
The performers include Narita, Cai Yu, Chiew Yeh, Hui Fang, Cui Yun, Sky, Yamato and Shawn.

Meeting for all Committee Members
I know all examinations will end on 04/03/2011. So, there will have a meeting on 04/03 Friday for all committee members. We need to settle some stuffs regarding the new academic year 2011/2012. Timing TBC - It will be in the afternoon.

What have we been doing?

Some of our members went for the SP String Ensemble concert on 21.01.2011 and the SP Symphonic Band concert on 23.01.2011. HERE are the pictures!

NOW! Here's your chance!

NUS Guitar Ensemble will be having their 30th anniversary concert! It will be held on 3rd April 2011, 8pm at the conservatory concert hall, Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. Tickers are prices at $16 and $19 each! We will be able to get a complementary ticket for every 10 tics purchased!

Happy new year! Hope you enjoyed your holidays!

Practice will resume as per usual on every Friday, 5.30pm-7.30pm for Classical and Monday, 6pm-8pm for Acoustic. See you next practice! =)

Remember to attend our Annual General Meeting on this coming Monday, 10/01, 6pm-8pm. Buffet dinner will be provided. Any other details can be found in the previous post.
