CCA Carnival



Hi all,

The CCA carnival will be on this Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
We are very sorry that our club tee can't come on time
Therefore,
For people helping at the booth PLS wear SP SHIRT.:)
For performers PLS also wear SP SHIRT with jeans and covered shoes.:)
For classical: Wednesday white SP shirt, Thursday black and Friday white..
We will be using QR code for our registration this year so pls download the QR reader into your phone in case the new intake students doesn't have a smart phone.
*Laptop is still required at the booth for online registration.
The registration link will be up once it is ready. I will post it here and on Facebook.

CCA Carnival 2




Hi all, I am done with the roster for next week CCA Carnival. Those boxes in yellow are performing slot and those highlighted in red are the leader of that timing. For leader pls make sure that there is at least a laptop at your shift as we will be doing the registration online. I believe everyone knows how to approach the new students so i won't have any briefing on that. For those who doesn't know, it's easy just introduce yourself and the club then if they have any question just answer truthfully. Then for those that are interested ask them to sign up thru the laptop at the booth. Most importantly ,inform them that there will be an EASY interview.:)Ask them to check the blog for updates regarding the interview. I guess everyone should know where is our booth. For those who doesn't know, it's near moberly.I will paste the map in the club room for reference. Club tee might not be ready in time for the showcase but we will still be getting it some time later:) SO for those coming to the booth pls WEAR SP shirt. THANKS LASTLY, JIA YOU for those who will be going on stage for the first time and those who are performering!!! QinYi

CCA Carnival



Hi All,

Regarding the CCA Carnival pls sms me when you are free to help out at the booth. Since we are a club I hope that everyone can participate in this event.

The CCA Carnival will be on 25-27 April wed, thur and fri from 10.30am - 5.30pm.

I have only receive 4 person sms today so I need everyone to cooperate and send me your free timing ASAP. :)

To All Classical and Acoustic Members

Please note that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on this Friday (20th April), 6pm in LT17A. Food will be provided and all are welcomed to join :) The dress code would be formal (either black or white).

CCA Carnival will be held on 25-27 April. Here are the PERFORMANCEs slots:

25 April(Wed) --> 12-12.30pm
26 April(Thurs) --> 2.30-3pm
27 April(Fri) --> 12-12.30pm and 1.30-2pm

Do turn up for your assigned slots! Thanks!

SCHOOL REOPEN: PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF NEW PRACTICE TIMINGS



Hi all!

FIRST CLASSICAL PRACTICE LESSON WILL COMMENCE ON NEXT MONDAY (16/4/2012).

Practice Details:
Classical
Every Monday and Thursday
6pm ~ 8pm

There will be a new classical instructor when school reopens. Please kindly note that there will be a very short meeting next Monday (16/4/12) after the practice.
